damaged you must provide photographs of the outer packaging, inner
packaging and damaged condition for our records.If
the item was faulty it must be returned within 14 days from date you
received it in its original state and with the original packaging and
contents. You will get a refund or replacement depending on what you
want. In case of refund we will refund you back the total price you paid
including the original postage cost. You will have to pay for the
return postage to us.If
you decide to return the item because you have changed your mind you
must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item in its unopened
original condition. Failure to do this will result in the refund being
