Delivery & Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase we have a refund policy provided the following conditions are met:
You must contact us within 48hrs of the item being delivered if it turns out to be damaged or faulty. You can do this by email. If the item is damaged you must provide photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging and damaged condition for our records.
If the item was faulty it must be returned within 14 days from date you received it in its original state and with the original packaging and contents. You will get a refund or replacement depending on what you want. In case of refund we will refund you back the total price you paid including the original postage cost. You will have to pay for the return postage to us.
If you decide to return the item because you have changed your mind you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item in its unopened original condition. Failure to do this will result in the refund being null and void. For return of unwanted goods the refund will only be for the item only and we will deduct packaging and postage costs.
For all exchange or replacement: requests must be made within 48hrs of receiving the item.
